Water your evergreen azalea (Rhododendron 'Boudoir') every 7-14 days, depending on the temperature and the amount of rain your plants receive. In hot weather, it’s important to check the soil around the base of the plant every 7 days and water if it’s dry. If temperatures remain low and there is plenty of rain, it should only need to be watered every 14 days. When watering, the soil should be soaked thoroughly and until water drains from the bottom of the pot. Allow any excess water to drain away before replacing the pot onto its saucer and discarding.
