Generally, this should be around once a week—but rainfall should be factored in to the amount of water needed. Water the plant deeply, soaking the ground thoroughly. Allow the water to run off and don't leave the clover sitting in standing water. Watering in the morning is best, as it with allow the bush clover plenty of time to dry out during the day and it's less likely to suffer from disease.
